In this role you will manage the execution of the delivery of our Apparel products from design, into store on time and to agreed target margins. On a daily basis you will work closely with the Head of Production, Design and Merchandise teams and lead all supplier communications and relationships. This role is well-suited to a strategic thinker and collaborative personality who can work with key stakeholders to achieve growth aspirations for our apparel category and is excited to contribute to the next phase of growth and development at Oroton.Key responsibilities include:Timeline management of critical path working closely with Head of Production, Design and Merchandise teamsManage all stakeholders across raw materials, greige and finished garments to agreed quality control standards and cost marginsOversee all raw material booking including greige management, from initial sampling through to local and non-local bulk fabricAgree timelines for entire product lifecycle and manage the range development and delivery process in conjunction with Supply Chain team and Distribution CentreCreate end-to-end production model to deliver First Retail & Everyday apparel ranges to the highest qualityManage production process with suppliers and confirm all factory dates based on timelines and quality control standard and ensuring all suppliers adhere to REACH standards, and ethical compliance, in collaboration with Company expectationsEnsure the bulk production reflects the approved PP/TOP of production specification in every aspect of the product Garment Tech Touch points and Fit SessionsSourcing to be executed in partnership with Design after receiving a sourcing briefOversee pricing & MOQ Negotiation in conjunction with DesignMonitor the article creation and PO process across all apparel & supporting accessory categoriesAssist Finance with managing Cash Flow as well as greige stock and invoice managementEnsure close and collaborative dealings with other departments to achieve the growth aspirations of this categoryWhat we are looking for:This role is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically savvy professional who is an experienced Apparel Production Manager.
