We are seeking a talented Solution Architect with Commercial and Industrial (C&I) experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing Integrated Energy Solutions: Develop architectures that incorporate renewable energy sources, energy storage systems, and smart grid technologies to ensure reliable and efficient energy supply for industrial operations.
2. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with C&I customers to understand their energy requirements and challenges, and tailor solutions that align with their operational objectives.
3. Sustainability Initiatives: Implement strategies to reduce carbon footprints, such as integrating on-site renewable energy generation and enhancing energy efficiency measures.
Relevant Industry Solutions:
1. Energy Management Systems (EMS): Enable real-time monitoring and control of energy consumption, allowing businesses to optimize usage and reduce costs.
2. Virtual Power Plants (VPPs): Aggregate distributed energy resources to act as a single power plant, enhancing grid reliability and providing additional revenue streams for participants.
3. Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS): Offer end-to-end energy solutions without upfront capital expenditure, making advanced energy technologies more accessible to C&I customers.
Understanding Client Needs:
1. Identifying Initiatives: Determine which energy improvements to pursue.
2. Design Selection: Choose the right design that aligns with business goals.
3. Installation and Maintenance: Implement and sustain energy solutions effectively.
Qualifications and Demonstrated Experience:
1. Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the energy sector, specifically with C&I consumers.
2. Strong knowledge of renewable energy sources, energy storage systems, and smart grid technologies.
3. Excellent client engagement and communication skills.
4. Ability to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
5. Relevant certifications and a degree in a related field are preferred.
6. Tertiary Qualified and TOGAF 9.1 Certification or Equivalent.
