Central Adelaide Local Health Network The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woodville South Salary AHP-2 $88,255 - $102,240 p.a.(pro rata) + superannuation and salary packaging Salary AHP-3 $104,180 - $111,746 p.a.(pro rata) + superannuation and salary packaging Part-time working 22.5 hours per week and temporary up to 30/6/2025 About the role AHP-3 The Senior OT demonstrates a specialising level of professional knowledge and skill and is responsible for the daily management, coordination, and supervision of occupational therapy to CAPCS to ensure efficient and effective clinical service provision in line with current best practice.The Senior OT informs and advocates on a wide range of issues as they pertain to the palliative care patient group.The Senior OT plays a leadership role in the CALHN Occupational Therapy Network as well as contributing in State and National organisations that provide strategic directions in progressing occupational therapy in palliative care.The Senior OT collaborates with other clinical seniors to actively promote and contribute to research and evaluation to inform improvements in clinical practice, and holds a portfolio relevant to services on behalf of CALHN OT.As part of this portfolio responsibility, the Senior OT is required to develop, nurture and promote increased expertise and service improvements in the portfolio area, to represent CALHN on relevant committees, and may be required to contribute to or manage relevant projects.AHP-2 As a member of a multi-disciplinary team the Occupational Therapist will provide a comprehensive palliative care occupational therapy service to palliative care patients, their families or carers in the delivery of high quality, palliative care services that result in appropriate care for patients at the end of life.This role will also assist the Senior Occupational Therapist with the development of CALHN palliative care policies and practices;
