About the Role
Working closely with staff, residents and families, the Marketing Coordinator role must identify, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders and consult with the appropriate business unit representatives to provide tailored marketing plans and branding of all relevant sub groups of Roshana Group of Companies.
The main groups will include Aged Care, Home Care, Mental Health Care, NDIS Services, Consulate, Real Estate, and any future additions. The Marketing Coordinator will develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet the company objectives by ensuring effective management of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management: Develop and execute daily social media content plans to engage the target audience.
* SEO and Keyword Management: Analyse SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Content Creation and Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to develop high-quality content, including blogs and other marketing materials.
* Email Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
* Product and Catalogue Management: Ensure all new products are promptly loaded onto the website, CRM, and catalogues.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to organizational stakeholders.
* Brand Management and Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing brand awareness strategies and campaigns.
* Marketing Operations and Budgeting:
Essential Skills, Attributes and Experience
* Previous experience in a marketing role using both digital and traditional marketing tools.
* Proven experience developing, creating, and implementing marketing strategies to drive campaigns and brand awareness.
* Demonstrates leadership and influencing skills.
* Sound understanding and application of marketing theory and practices, including the knowledge of and interest in digital marketing trends and analytics.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of commercial awareness.
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications would be highly regarded
* An understanding of contemporary Aged Care and Mental Health issues and opportunities (Desirable).
