Job Description The key responsibilities of this role are; Provide daily support to relevant General Manager's within your allocated portfolio via calendar management, and other tasks; as required.
Manage and expedite priority issues with/on behalf of relevant stakeholders.
Implement, effectively manage, and report from Enable Validation and Logistics, Success Factors, other People Systems.
Continuous improvement of all Business Support related systems and processes.
Identify and plan resourcing requirements for Business Support teams.
Assist with enhancing service delivery, process improvement and cost saving opportunities with suppliers and service providers; through the Commercial team.
Communicate key information to leaders, teams, and individuals via meetings, emails, and in person.
Develop, prioritise, and schedule tasks and activities for teams and individuals.
Ensure teamwork, support, and accountability to achieve goals.
Identify development needs and provide coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
Model values, reinforce performance expectations, and promote high performers.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet goals.
Recruit, train, and manage Business Support staff and resources effectively.
Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and alignment of administrative processes.
Monitor and improve team performance, addressing skills gaps and escalating issues as needed.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following skills; A minimum of five (5) year's experience in an administration role dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Two (2) year's experience in a similar Administration Supervisor or Coordinator role.
A minimum of two (2) years demonstrable experience working in a high-volume administration role.
Personal attributes: High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and software system knowledge, including Microsoft software.
Dedicated to data accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise and establish own work priorities to meet multiple and conflicting deadlines.
Maintain a highly effective customer service culture, with the ability to follow up on customer requests and needs.
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and the use of document management databases.
Positive attitude and the willingness to work outside your position description when required.
Ability to work in remote locations in order to provide support to mine site personnel.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to assist with supporting the broad objectives of the business.
