An iconic, award-winning property developer with a rich history of delivering exceptional local developments, are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive sales for 2 high-end Apartment and Townhome projects in the inner urban suburbs of Melbourne.NB: Please only apply if you have solid property sales experience from residential projects - specifically apartments or townhouses. The Role:Reporting to a Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include developing product knowledge, staying informed about competitors and the local area, and promptly following up on high-quality leads. You'll arrange customer appointments, negotiate and close sales, handle weekly and monthly reporting, and maintain the CRM. You will also attend sales meetings and liaise with internal stakeholders.
