* Experience working in a high-end modern, a la carte kitchen (South East Asian/Cantonese style cuisine experience will be highly regarded)
* Buffet & catering experience will be highly regarded
* Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques
* Ability to work autonomously
* Passion for guest service and experience
* Supervise junior cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinate their assignments.
* Provide support to the Sous Chef for dinner services, degustation, food preparation and service.
* Observe and execute methods of food preparation and cooking, size of portion, and garnishing of food
* Maintain personal grooming standards suited to a guest-focused business
