What you need for this role… Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Technician DegreeMinimum 3+ years post graduate hands on clinical experience in a practice is essentialConfidence in carrying out all clinical aspects of a vet nurseProven experience in delivering the highest standards of care and exceeding expectationsAbility to be thorough with strong attention to detail particularly during nurse consultationsCompetency to undertake consultation nurse duties for the vet during consultationsAn outgoing, friendly attitude with a growth mindsetExceptional customer service and strong communication skillsStrong attention to detail and pride in your workProven track record of strong resilience and empathy within the workplaceAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesThe ability to promote a positive environment and forging positive relationships both internally and externally (you must be able to have a good laugh!)Loves to love people at their best and through their challenging times This position will be offered on a permanent part time basis working on average 70hours per fortnight. Applicants must be available to work during the spread of clinic operating hours: 7:45am-5:45pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am-12:00midday on Saturday.
