About the Role We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive manager who enjoys a challenge, loves a dynamic working environment and enjoys working with people. Operational & management experience is ideal, the job involves: Management of day-to-day community operations. Providing a high level of customer service to the community, enjoys building a community to engage residents - this includes arranging events, entertainment and social gatherings. Working in conjunction with Ingenia marketing teams to maintain high occupancy in the Village. Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources within the community. Ensuring grounds and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard. About You Experience in real estate, hospitality management, or aged care. Kind, caring and dynamic nature.
