We are recruiting a Senior Social Procurement Advisor to join the Suburban Rail Loop team in Melbourne, VIC. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement program-specific social procurement strategies and initiatives.
* Build awareness and communication about social procurement strategies and drive cultural change within the team.
* Identify and cultivate job and training opportunities and establish relationships with key employment, training, and industry stakeholders in the community.
About You
We seek an experienced professional with:
* Background in social procurement work in a similar role within the rail, mining, civil construction industry or on major infrastructure projects.
* Demonstrated understanding of cultural norms in working with diverse and disadvantaged groups, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island communities.
* Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, clients, organisations, and providers to facilitate employment and procurement outcomes.
