The Role: CRM Manager Are you a tech-savvy, people-minded professional who knows how to bring customer journeys to life through CRM tools?
We're on the hunt for a CRM Manager to take the reins of our HubSpot platform and help us unlock value & deliver growth projects.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, tech, sales and customer experience.
In this role, you will:
Own and optimise the CRM platform (HubSpot), aligning it with business prioritiesBuild and enhance customer journeys that increase retention and lifetime valuePartner with our marketing, sales & service teams globally to deliver targeted, meaningful projects, campaigns, and insightsProvide operational training, support and reporting for internal stakeholdersBring a test-and-learn approach to everything you do – curiosity is key!Collaborate, lead & coach our offshore Hubspot support roleWork across multiple time zones with flexibilityAbout You: You're someone who's just as comfortable diving into system data as you are explaining CRM workflows to a non-technical colleague.

We're looking for someone who brings:
