ABOUT THE ROLE Based in Parramatta we have an opportunity for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join an inclusive and diverse team supporting customers experiencing financial hardship. This role will suit people who are passionate about helping people Your role in the Hardship and Collections team will be to deliver exceptional customer service; this team supports their customers Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm and candidates must be available to work on a rotating roster between these hours.
