Permanent Role - Supportive Team - North Sydney - Close to Public Transport - Hybrid Working Arrangement About the role Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Officer to join their team. Based in North Sydney, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The successful candidate will primarily focus on Accounts Payable, with additional responsibilities to support billing, payroll, and other ad-hoc requests. The Responsibilities: Your daily duties will include but not be limited to: Processing Accounts Payable transactions and managing the process through to payments Overall responsibility for accurate Accounts Payable records for the group Ensuring cash transactions are allocated correctly Reconciling credit cards Handling administrative tasks to support billing (including data management and distribution of invoices) Providing ad hoc support for payroll Managing supplier inquiries and Accounts Receivable inbox Collaborating with other team members across several locations Provide additional support across finance as required The successful applicant Previous experience as an Accounts Officer Strong attention to detail Proactive, task-focused, and adaptable Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment The client Our client is highly regarded for having a very supportive and positive workplace environment.
