1. Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 3 Year 1-2
2. Remuneration: $$ per hour, excluding superannuation.
3. Position: Fixed-Term (3 years, non-recurrent funding) Part-time (24hrs per week).
The Role:
The Clinical Trial Administration Officer is responsible general administrative duties to support the trial staff including;
4. Roster management and taking minutes.
5. Support the coordination of laboratory inventory.
6. Manage Kronos and payroll information for the unit.
7. Support Clinical Trial Coordinators with scanning and filing.
8. Communicate effectively with the trial team, department and trial sponsors.
What you bring:
9. Able to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity.
10. Ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
11. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and organisational skills including time management.
12. Demonstrated effective computer skills, in spreadsheets, databases and word processing packages.
13. Qualification in health or research administration, or working towards a combination of qualifications and experience.
The Calvary Mater Newcastle is an Affiliated Health Organisation providing services to both public and private patients primarily from the Hunter New England area. Current employees of NSW Health can request to have various leave entitlement balances transferred to Calvary Mater Newcastle on commencement.
