Your key responsibilities will include Complete all general administration duties including but not limited to;Invoicing, warranty claims and reconciliations All on-site administrative duties for the business Management of our customer and contractor management systems Assist in the preparation of a variety of reports for management Provide assistance with the completion and distribution of rosters and timesheets Onsite Health and Safety administration Do you possess the following qualities? Retail industry experience in automotive or related industry and or a high level of business administration experience Team orientated approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organised with strong interpersonal skills Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook Attention to detail with a professional presentation Who are CMV Truck & Bus Fleet Management?
