As one of the prominent players in the loyalty space, this highly-regarded organisation is on the hunt for a Program Officer to join their business in an exciting, newly-created role.
As a fast-growing loyalty company, they help leading Australian and international businesses find, understand, manage and grow customer loyalty.
Their client list includes large retailers, banks, insurers, and global airlines.
With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, with clients in New Zealand, Asia and North America, they are currently looking for a Program Officer to join our team and help manage the successful delivery of Ellipsis loyalty projects, internally and with clients.
This role is open in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Principal, your duties will include: Oversee the effective management and execution of Ellipsis projects, liaising across clients and internal consulting teams.
Ensure efficient processes and best practices are maintained, for the business to deliver high quality outputs.
Develop effective client relationships, leading project communication and liaising with the Partners, Principals and Consultants responsible for delivering the work.
Provide client-facing support on project planning, status and meeting management.
Handle ad hoc client requests and queries on behalf of the internal team, where required.
Maintain client project status reports on progress, deliverables, timelines and action items.
Monitor project resources and budgets.
Provide project leaders with required information to ensure projects are delivered effectively, to expected outcomes, on time and within budget.
Ensure expected project standards and efficiencies are maintained.
Identify and communicate project risks, supporting the team to develop and deliver on mitigation actions.
Lead the administration of internal productivity tools.
Define and maintain the required processes to meet project and program management best practices.
The successful candidate will need 3+ years of experience as a Project or Program Officer or Traffic Manager from within a consultancy environment (creative, agency etc.).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in various PM tools and processes, including Productive Software, with a solid grasp of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage client interactions effectively and work autonomously.
The role requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving under pressure while fostering collaborative teamwork and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
