We're looking for a Proposal Manager to play a strong role in championing Pursuit 2.0, PwC's global framework for creating opportunities and winning work. You'll learn plenty as you make a material impact to PwC in the use of best practice pursuit and proposal skills and tools, and help our client opportunity teams to articulate the meaningful value they bring to their clients and help win work. in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.In this role your key responsibilities will be:Proposal management- through your great organisation, project management skills and attention to detail including preparing and driving the end-to-end proposal plan and timeline, ensuring all key milestones are adhered to and organising regular status meetings to keep client-facing teams energised through to submission.Coordinating the development of client-focused, engaging responses- including providing guidance on content to ensure our win themes are woven throughout the proposal, the client benefit is clearly articulated and our story is compelling.Supporting the day-to-day tasks and activities to develop high quality, compelling and compliant proposal documents- including creating a draft document based on client requirements; sourcing or creating relevant boilerplate content; organising peer reviews and working closely with the client-facing team to coordinate relevant content input.Organising and contributing to essential proposal workshops and meetings- the kick-off meeting; storyboard session; value proposition and win themes development; through to oral presentation preparation; and rehearsals.Forging effective and trusted stakeholder alliances across the firm- to facilitate required inputs and support including subject matter specialists such as legal, quality, and creative design services.Maintaining and enriching reusable content, templates and proposal databases- including ensuring proposal best practice examples and helpful content is captured and up-to-date to support the Pursuits & Proposals team.Encouraging a continuous improvement culture- by ensuring internal lessons learnt are documented, successes are celebrated, and a post-decision review is undertaken after the proposal submission.More About YouMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleExperience in a professional services environment or matrix structured organisationShowcase excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills - and are proficient at proofreading, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and quality control.Can evidence a proven track record of coordinating teams to deliver desired outcomes; seamlessly managing multiple projects and stakeholders and working independently to meet tight deadlines.Ability to quickly forge effective stakeholder relationships at all levels.Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Clients & Markets team enable our firm to deliver meaningful value to clients.Collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative and collaborative environment, but as a self-starter can also work autonomously.Problem solver by nature, agile and wants to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possibilities for their clients and stakeholders.Digitally proficient in platforms such as Microsoft Suite and Google apps.Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.It's time to move forward.
