We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the operations team. You’ll support the delivery of national hardware rollout projects, coordinate resources and timelines, and play a key role in streamlining service delivery processes across Australia and beyond. Lead the coordination and execution of large-scale customer rollouts in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Customer Success teams Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, risk registers, and reporting dashboards Support day-to-day logistics including tracking inventory, managing installs, and updating documentation Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Visit customer sites as required to support trial setups or resolve onsite issues Prepare project documentation, including audio design specs, install guides, and process flows Work closely with stock and procurement leads to ensure availability and readiness of all required hardware Drive improvements across service delivery workflows to increase team efficiency and visibility Collect and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement What do you need? A Bachelor’s degree or qualification in Business, Project Management, or a related field 3 years’ experience in a project coordination or operational support role, ideally within a technology, retail, or operations environment Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project or similar) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal Tech-savvy with solid experience in Excel and collaboration platforms like Slack and Zoom A self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly to change Passion for customer service and a calm, solution-focused mindset If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW We are interviewing immediately.
