In this critical role, you will provide high-quality services related to the commercial, financial, transactional, and governance aspects of the commercial arrangements managed by the agency. You will be key in supporting property renewal and other strategic programs, ensuring a coordinated and efficient approach while promoting organisational efficiencies and standardisation. This position requires proactive stakeholder management to ensure processes and practices are adhered to across various programs.What you'll doYou'll provide strategic advice and offer expert guidance on commercial, financial, procurement strategies, and deal structures for various projects, transactions, and programs, ensuring a strategic and risk-based approach is applied across all initiatives.You will also play a key role in supporting complex property transactions and project procurements, ensuring the agency's objectives are met while adhering to best practices.You'll work as part of a team to build and maintain strong relationships with other government agencies, third-party partners, and key stakeholders to drive collaborative efforts and effective outcomes and you will work closely with other Homes NSW Divisions to create tailored procurement strategies and support the preparation of procurement and evaluation documents.You will oversee transaction management activities for complex projects, including managing external consultants and probity advisors, ensuring that all dealings are conducted efficiently and effectively.
