Key Responsibilities:
* Forge and strengthen strategic partnerships both internally and externally with our Key Account Partner (Rebel).
* Drive sales and profit margins to hit ambitious budget targets.
* Ensure exceptional customer focus through proactive management and support.
* Execute effective sell-in and sell-out strategies throughout the Go-To-Market cycle.
* Accurately forecast sales on weekly, monthly, and annual scales.
* Develop and deliver on operational business plans that align with brand strategy.
* Sync brand initiatives with customer needs to create a consumer-centric approach.
* Oversee customer performance to drive long-term, mutual growth.
Key Tasks:
Functional:
* Be the internal champion for Rebel, ensuring seamless collaboration across all functions.
* Manage and drive success across assigned accounts and product categories.
* Develop strategic account plans and secure buy-in from leadership.
* Execute sales and sell-out support through targeted account sales plans.
* Monitor sell-out metrics and ensure order book conversion aligns with objectives.
* Support and enforce adidas trade terms through effective negotiation.
Controlling:
* Track and measure progress on KPIs to keep goals within reach.
* Analyze competitor activities and customer dynamics, driving proactive actions.
* Provide realistic, data-driven plans and forecasts on customer performance.
* Ensure customer compliance with adidas agreements to keep partnerships on point.
KPIs:
* Market share and growth within assigned accounts and categories.
* Net Sales & Margin achievement.
* Orderbook Management & Conversion.
Key Relationships:
* Internal (Global/Region): Category, Brand, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Wholesale.
* Account-Specific: Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain.
Skills & Expertise:
* Industry Experience: Apparel, fashion, footwear.
* Exposure: Wholesale, Account Management, Merchandising, Sporting Goods.
* Functional Skills: At least 2 years of sales or account management experience, with a passion for the adidas brand.
Education & Qualifications:
* University degree in business, with a focus on marketing and/or sales, or equivalent experience.
