Job Description The Regional Director ’s role will manage, influence, and develop a high performing team. The team consists of Regional Managers, Service Managers, and Coordinators, across a portfolio of services across West Melbourne. About the role Reporting to the VIC General Manager, you will lead Junior Adventures Group’s strategic and operating plan for a portfolio of services. The Regional Director with ensure compliance and service excellence with a focus on service contract retention and growth. Your role will also include ensuring key positive relationships in these areas: Direct management of key accounts Team of direct reports including Regional Coordinator, Senior Coordinators, and Mobile Coordinators State and national government bodies (regulators) JAG Australia Executive team JAG group finance Business development managers What's in it for you?
