Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement teaching programs for students.
* Maintain student progress records and report on key learning areas.
* Develop strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomes.
* Teach specific subjects to designated year levels.
* Implement effective classroom management and supervise activities.
* Model exemplary classroom practice and mentor or coach other teachers.
* Support staff in using data to inform teaching approaches and improve student learning outcomes.
