Our mission is to develop and deliver quality health and wellbeing services to the people of East Gippsland.About the roleThis position is part of the Paediatric Allied Health service - an integrated, multi-disciplinary team that consists of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dieticians, physiotherapists, podiatrists, and allied health assistants. The team supports families and delivers evidenced based, goal directed therapies to children under 18 years of age.You will provide assessment and management of a diverse caseload of paediatric clients. Services are delivered in both private and public models and are funded from a range of sources including Medicare and NDIS.Therapy is provided in both individual and group formats with support from a large team including allied health assistants, a key worker, and dedicated paediatric administration. There is also opportunity for project work to increase the health outcomes of developmentally vulnerable children and being innovative within your role is highly encouraged.Formal supervision and professional development structures are in place and there is access to experienced clinical supervisors.
