In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are currently seeking a full time Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team at Anglesea Barracks, Hobart.
We cater breakfast, lunch and dinner services Monday to Sunday, with bar and functions services across two remote training sites, therefore you must have the availability and flexibility to work across a Monday to Sunday roster between 6:30am – 11:30pm with the occasional function running until midnight.
About The Role:
* Support the Hospitality and Catering team by consistently delivering a friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
* Clean, sanitise and maintain equipment, furniture and premises, ensuring all required repairs and maintenance are reported.
* Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, all cash is handled and banked in line with Company and Client protocols, and any suspicious behaviour is immediately reported.
* Assist with basic food preparation, as requested by the Head Chef.
About You:
* Relevant experience in Hospitality and Customer Service
* Must have current TAS Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
* Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available on site)
* Customer Service experience and working in a fast-paced environment.
