Your responsibilities will include: Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiries Processing applications and reference check tenants Liaising with landlords and tenants Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeople Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reports Manage lease negotiations and sign-ups The Person: The ideal candidate will be switched on, full of initiative, and eager to progress their Property Management career. A current Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license.
