Job Description
The core role of the Graphic Designer includes but is not limited to:
1. Design and produce a variety of assets, including presentations templates, brochures, email designs, social media & paid digital ads, infographics, eBooks, trade show print materials, reports.
2. Develop visual elements such as graphics, layouts and multimedia content, ensuring consistency across all materials.
3. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to established timelines.
4. Develop a creative repository aligned to key customer and buyer personas to drive targeted engagement.
5. Stay current on new design trends and technology and incorporate emerging trends into designs
6. Assist with website design elements and product images with an understanding of User Experience (UX) best practices, mobile experience, and creative guidelines.
7. Translate design requests into impactful visual solutions that adhere to brand guidelines and objectives.
8. Ensure compliance with ELMO’s information security privacy policies and procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience
9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
10. Minimum 5 years experience working as graphic design.
11. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
