We service all major insurers, fleet and private customers in all areas of smash repair from minor dents to structural, mechanical and hail damage repairs.
A Site Manager position has become available at our Thomastown facility in Melbourne's northeast. With a modern facility and great team, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead an already successful business.
Responsibilities
As Site Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the team and daily operations of the facility and maintaining the high standards of repair, customer service, and culture of our business through strong, positive leadership.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to our clientele and work providers
* Ensure vehicles are repaired safely to pre-accident conditions in a timely manner
* Lead your team with positivity and support personal growth and development
* Efficiently manage volume and resources to ensure a profitable and sustainable future
* Provide a safe environment for all staff, customers, and visitors
