Job Title: Administrative Support
The Opportunity:
Combine your passion for customer service and administration in a role that offers variety and diversity of duties at Lake Mountain resort.
You will provide administrative support, manage office operations, facilitate communication, coordinate school and commercial visits, and assist with social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support across the resort as needed.
* Complete daily office operations, maintain office policies, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure smooth functioning of tasks.
* Facilitate effective internal and external communication by managing stakeholder correspondence, responding to emails and phone calls, and ensuring timely delivery of information.
* Coordinate school and commercial visitation from initial enquiries to greeting and coordinating their day on resort.
* Support the General Manager with tasks as required.
* Assist in Visitor Service Attendant roles when necessary.
* Support the team in assisting with social media presence, including developing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages when required.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Able to work autonomously.
* Computer literacy with knowledge of programs including Word, Excel, and general knowledge of apps/databases.
* Initiative and well-developed administration skills.
* Certificate or Degree in business, tourism, events, or marketing, or related discipline (desirable).
Working Conditions:
* Work at Lake Mountain resort, Marysville, Victoria.
* Available to work weekends and school holidays.
* Available from April to September 2025 (or the declared snow season).
* Hold full Australian working rights.
* Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
* Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
* Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check.
