Learning & Development Specialist | Responsible GamingJoin to apply for the Learning & Development Specialist | Responsible Gaming role at ALH HotelsCompany DescriptionALH owns and operates over 350 pubs across Australia, serving as a cornerstone of local communities.Job DescriptionAs the Learning & Development Specialist | Responsible Gaming, you will oversee all aspects of the management of Responsible Gaming training for ALH Hotels. This role will design and deliver evidence-based responsible gaming training content that enhances our teams’ understanding while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.Responsibilities:Review all current Responsible Gaming training material & supporting resources.Design and embed a Responsible Gaming Competency and Capability Framework.Design and deliver evidence-based responsible gaming training content.Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.Create & deliver a Responsible Gaming training plan for new and existing team members.Manage adherence of teams toward the above framework.Leverage internal learning management systems to monitor staff learning achievements.Undertake and facilitate training workshops.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for skill uplift.Provide training and solutions to remediate skill gaps.Lead the review in evaluating third-party training providers.Manage engagement of community experts for bespoke training.Establish effective feedback channels for stakeholders.Oversee feedback regarding additional training support and evaluate training programs.Maintain records of training completion.Collaborate with internal teams for suitable reporting on training gaps.Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in training, coaching, or education or relevant experience.+3 years experience in training and development management.Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry.Exposure to responsible gaming principles.Exposure to government treatment support services.Experience in developing training content based on capabilities and regulatory requirements.Advanced stakeholder management skills.Proactive nature, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.Benefits:Exclusive discounts across ALH Hotels and other Endeavour Group brands.Access to free services supporting physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.Opportunities for personal and career growth through dedicated learning and development options.At Endeavour, we value being a workplace where everyone’s welcome.
