Key Responsibilities and Job Requirements
* This is a Full time, Permanent role where you will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm). This role is on-site, 5 days a week
* Provide general administration, data entry and office support to the wider team where required
* Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner
* Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks
* Process core operational data entry (connotes) correctly into our system each day
* Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Provide administrative support to the wider operations team where required
* Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required
* Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis
* Precise data entry skills and excellent attention to detail are a must to be successful in this role
* Previous experience in transport and logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Full scope training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
