This includes overseeing maintenance, verifying compliance, and supporting quality assurance activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Key responsibilities include:Ensure Compliance & Quality Assurance – Monitor and ensure all quality control processes meet required standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partner companies to address quality concerns and provide necessary assurance.Continuous Improvement – Facilitate process improvements using best practice quality tools to reduce variation and eliminate inefficiencies.Quality Planning & Strategy – Contribute to the development and execution of quality policies, strategies, and objectives.Non-Conformance & Root Cause Analysis – Support investigations into system, process, product, or service non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions.Monitoring & Reporting – Track, review, and report on the effectiveness of quality practices, ensuring continuous enhancement.Material Review & Non-Conformance Management – Support the Material Review Board and oversee Non-Conformance Report analysis and resolution.About YOUDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.Demonstrated experience in a Quality role – preferred.Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.Adaptable and innovative mindset.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations.We believe in hiring for potential, we know that some candidates hesitate if they don’t tick all the boxes.
