Your next career opportunityThe Senior Lecturer in Periodontics is an education-focused role providing academic and clinical leadership in periodontics training within the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DCD) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) programs.
This position involves teaching, curriculum development, student supervision, and mentoring academic and clinical colleagues to ensure high-quality education and training.
The role is integral to advancing periodontics and contributing to the School's strategic goals, requiring specialist dental qualifications and AHPRA registration.Your responsibilities will include: Preparation and delivery of teaching with contemporary pedagogical insights to achieve a high standard of teaching satisfaction in our entry to practice degree programs and continuing professional development (CPD) courses offered by the School.Regularly contribute and lead curriculum development, assessment and evaluation renewal and redesign in consultation with relevant academic and professional staff in the School.Engage with relevant professional and industry bodies and stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships.Participate in continued professional development in learning and teaching as identified to enable you to fulfill your position requirements.
