Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality case management and intake services for community mental health clients.
* Conduct crisis interventions, develop individualised care plans, and provide community outreach.
* Administer medications and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
* Utilise CIMHA effectively, working independently in community settings.
* Build meaningful client relationships, empowering their path to recovery.
Qualifications:
* AHPRA Registered Nurse - Active, unrestricted registration.
* Experience - 5+ years in mental health nursing, ideally with case management and community care.
* Strong Communication Skills - Essential for engaging with clients and colleagues.
* Transport - Own vehicle needed for travel to contract; work vehicle provided during shifts.
* Flexibility - Willingness to embark on 12-week travel assignments in regional areas.
