About the role:
To be considered for this role you will have:
4. As a Cranes and Transport Operator you will perform all activities associated with operating mobile cranes and transport equipment across our Pilbara Operations.
5. Leadership and Safety: Provides technical support to new/less experienced team members and always adhering to safety first.
6. Communication: Communicates and collaborates with peers.
7. Compliance: Ensure personnel, equipment, and work areas comply with safety policies and regulations.
8. Employee Relations: Team player and ability to value others' ideas and opinions. Ability to work in a team environment, provide input and work towards a common goal.
9. Performance Expectations: Performs tasks requiring a good understanding of well-defined technical procedures. Flexibility to work across all sites in the Pilbara region including travelling to and from and staying at sites other than your home base. Ability to work nightshift as per business requirements.
10. Training and Resource Allocation: Knowledge and insight of practical methods, techniques and work processes gained through some technical training and work experience.
11. Resource Planning: Leads the delivery of the plan for rail, port, road or utilities assets in a safe and cost-effective matter.
About You:

15. Experience: 2 years of relevant experience and a valid minimum HC driver's license, High Risk work licenses – C0, CN, RB, DG, LF
16. Communication and Organization: Experience working with diverse groups and strong communication skills
Technical Expertise
17. Experience operating mobile cranes including 25T Franna, 55T, 130T, 150T, 300T & 450T Liebherr cranes.
18. Familiar with Bluetooth technology & Vario Base applications. Some experience driving prime mover trucks with road ranger gearboxes.
19. Utilizing, drop deck, flat top, semi-trailers, and floats ranging from 50T – 100T. Ability and desire to upgrade to MC truck license for road train purposes, towing crane counterweights on purpose built skel trailers.
20. Understanding of Main Roads permitting requirements and the Chain of Responsibility.
21. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications/ SAP/ Emails
