The role The Project Management Lead partners with the business to plan and deliver a suite of corporate projects in alignment with our strategy, corporate plan and Portfolio Management Framework. These projects support transformation and deliver value to our internal and external customers. What you’ll bring A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in project management. Demonstrated leadership and experience in end-to-end delivery of corporate and technology projects including preparation of project briefs, resource planning, management of quality (scope), systems and processes, and governance. Ability to actively identify, document, monitor and escalate risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID). Ability to provide timely high-level advice to management on project related issues that show understanding of technology integration and broader architecture. Skills to liaise and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders including facilitating meetings and workshops to collaboratively deliver projects. Experience delivering technical components of projects whilst ensuring alignment with change management activities to support people during the change.
