About the Role:
This is a full time permanent position based in Sydney, which requires a sales pro to join a successful and well established national sales team to provide the best service to their customers. You will get great satisfaction nurturing long standing accounts as well as re-establishing other existing accounts in your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow and manage an existing portfolio of clients in the commercial office furniture space.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of JasonL - KPI's driven mindset
* Develop new business by identifying potential clients, attending site visits, and client meetings
* Preparing and conducting compelling client quotes and proposals
* Provide high quality consultative sales solutions, aligning JasonL furniture offerings and client's needs.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences from consultation to installation.
* Working and networking with builders, designers, and project managers.
* Stay up to date on product innovations, trends, and competitors to provide clients with the best solutions.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Attributes:
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, ideally within the commercial furniture, building, property services, or construction industries.
* A high level of communication, negotiation and B2B sales skills
* Account Management experience - growing established accounts & inbound sales
* Gain personal satisfaction by aiming to achieve your goals and targets
* Be customer centric with exceptional verbal and written communication
* Be self directed and highly organized
* Results oriented focused on activity for exceptional customer experience and for your own financial gain.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in any discipline; certification/degree preferred.
