The Company Our client is a reputable organisation and is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Payroll Manager for a 6-8 week contract, on an immediate start working remote. The Role: Process and reconcile employee timesheets and salaries accurately using Employment Hero. Calculate and enter adjustments (overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.) to ensure payroll accuracy. Manage new hires and terminations from a payroll perspective, ensuring correct setup and final payments. Maintain and update employee payroll records in Employment Hero, ensuring data integrity. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, awards, and enterprise agreements. Process payroll tax, superannuation, and other statutory obligations within deadlines. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll data with HR records. Provide payroll reports and support audits as required.
