Essential Criteria Accounting position: A doctoral qualification in Accounting (or have submitted a PhD in Accounting).
A strong understanding of pedagogical theory and contemporary educational practice relevant to Financial Accounting, Accounting Technologies and/or Management Accounting.
Demonstrated ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and to develop innovative and high-quality course materials.
A strong track record of achievement in and commitment to excellence in delivering learning experiences across multiple modes and platforms.
Experience in effectively managing and delivering large units, i.e., more than 500 learners across different campuses and delivery modes.
Demonstrated commitment to applying relevant and applicable policies, procedures, and legislation in the day-to-day performance of the functions of the position.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse community/industry backgrounds.
Willingness to take on leadership roles in Learning and Teaching.
Economics and/or Finance position: A doctoral qualification in Econometrics, Economics or Finance (or equivalent accreditation and professional standing for Teaching Focused Clinical Professional role).
A strong understanding of pedagogical theory and contemporary educational practice relevant to Econometrics, Economics and Finance.
Demonstrated ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and to develop innovative and high-quality course materials.
A strong track record of achievement in and commitment to excellence in delivering learning experiences across multiple modes and platforms.
Experience in effectively managing and delivering large units, i.e., more than 500 learners across different campuses and delivery modes.
