Northrop Grumman Australia partners with the Royal Australian Air Force to provide through-life-support for its fleet of 10 C-27J Spartan Airlifter aircraft. The C-27J complements the Australian Defence Force's existing Air Mobility fleet and provides airlift of people, equipment and supplies in Australia and our region.
Your Role:
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Engineering and Technical Services Integration and Coordination Lead to join our C-27J team. As an E&TS Integration and Coordination Lead, your role in the delivery of the technical support to the C-27J Enterprise.
Your role will be responsible for coordinating between technical leads, internal and external stakeholders and other SMEs as required for the planning and coordination of work tasks. You will be responsible for developing forward work plans that can capture the prioritisation of activities and identify any capacity concerns to be communication with key stakeholders. You will also be looking to continuously improve the teams process in efficiency and effectiveness to help support the C-27J program.
The ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external customer working relationships is crucial in working in the integrated environment of C-27J. Similarly, being able to communicate effectively when urgent tasks arise is essential in explaining the impact on planned work to the Engineering and Technical Services team.
