Expressions of interest are sought from enthusiastic, highly motivated Enrolled Nurses with proven experience in General Surgical wards, Colorectal or Oncology and who have a passion for providing service excellence.
Flinders Private Hospital offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology, and urology. Flinders Private Hospital has 9 operating theatres, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an infusion suite, a 24/7 cardiac emergency centre, and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.
Minimum Requirements
1. Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
2. An understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards
3. Proof of immunity / vaccination to specified infectious diseases
4. Committed to continuous quality improvement
5. Committed to the provision of quality nursing care, education, and customer service
6. Proven communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands
8. Ability to work flexible hours

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement “Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch – Nurses’ & Midwives – Enterprise Agreement – 2021-2024 (‘Agreement’ or ‘Enterprise Agreement’)” (salaries range between $31.07-$37.13 per hour).
