JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and deep understanding of Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and BI Publisher (BIP). This role is crucial to support HCM implementations, customizations, and integrations to ensure efficient HR operations and data management. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage technical aspects of Oracle HCM modules, ensuring that all system configurations align with business requirements. Design, develop, and implement custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher (BIP). Develop and manage integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Customize and extend Oracle HCM applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). Collaborate closely with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on business needs and technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the HCM system, providing end-user support as needed. Conduct system testing, validation, and go-live support for HCM enhancements and integrations. Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in Oracle HCM implementations or support roles, with strong HCM functional and technical knowledge. Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations. Proficient in BI Publisher (BIP) for report generation and customization. Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for application development and customization. Ability to handle complex technical issues and offer innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with stakeholders.
