About the Role:

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Social Worker to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions in Townsville.
* Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
* Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
* Support clients to identify future employment or training options
* Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or daily living assessments
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goal
* Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

Requirements:
* Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, AASW
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* A current Working with Children Check
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
