If you have a proven track record of working in a close-knit intensive BIM coordination team for Architectural projects, then we can offer the opportunity to join our expanding digital delivery team:Specific Role responsibilities:Ensure the responsibilities of the project specific BIM Execution plan are adhered to by the project design team.Providing coordination and management as the primary point of contact for the BIM models between the design team and the client.Maintain and manage the flow of models into the Common Data Environment (e.g.
BIM 360) including models from other stakeholders.As BIM Coordinator role, control and manage the federated model, provide reporting on clash reviews and undertake regular clash coordination workshops for resolution with key consultants and trades.Record the receipt and distribution of models from all parties on sharing platforms such as Aconex for accurate record keeping of model revisions.Ensuring BIM workflows and milestones are maintained to meet stringent programme timelines.Assisting with the production of deliverables such as construction drawings as required.Solid experience in construction knowledge applicable to the delivery of key construction documents such as concrete plans.Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a BIM Modeller/ Coordinator on large complex projects.Very high competency in Revit skill and BIM Coordination.High competency in clash detection using Navisworks and/or Revizto.Strong knowledge in project delivery and compliance to BIM, in particular within a Design and Construct contract with responding to the Head Contractor.How to apply:If you want to be part of our team and contribute to shaping the future of Australia's built environment, please click 'apply'.Applicants for the role will require Australian Citizenship.
