Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of field and site-based Service Technicians while serving as a key contact for our major customers.

Tasks and Qualifications:Your Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Service Technicians to achieve business goals.
Manage budget requirements to meet service targets.
Attend meetings to address service-related issues and projects.
Organize and oversee van stocktakes as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers through regular visits.
What You'll Need for Success Proven experience in managing and developing a team of Service Technicians.
Trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
Industry experience in material handling or a related field.
Strong understanding of service business fundamentals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
