Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm. An opportunity exists for a talented billing professional to join a centralised team in the role of eBilling Specialist. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication, problem solving and Excel skills to support the business in managing the Firm's ebilling requirements.Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the eBilling Specialist will manage client setups, successfully submit ebills, monitor aged invoices and provide ebilling support to the business. Key responsibilities Manage client ebilling requirements in accordance with firm billing guidelines. Capture and document client requirements to complete appropriate ebilling set ups in internal systems and vendor platforms, performing ongoing maintenance as needed. Perform electronic billing transactions including invoice transmission through BillBlast and client platforms, within timelines specified in billing guidelines for the successful submission or re-submission of ebills. Liaise with internal and external support teams to resolve errors of rejected items through to successful resubmission or to appeal reduced invoices and follow up as needed.This includes, but is not limited to, timekeeper rates, legal cohort changes, client matter ID/PO and task/activity codes. Administration of BillBlast and client platforms including, but not limited to, LEDES template change or customisation and user maintenance. Reconcile and monitor client invoices to ensure that all ebills are delivered and approved, liaising with the Collections team as needed. Manage ebilling platform subscription fees. Knowledge, skills and experience E-Billing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Aderant (CMS), BillBlast and ebilling platforms. Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands. Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Customer focused – ensuring the best outcomes are achieved in a timely manner. Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
