Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our Geelong team, to work at a Full Time capacity in our store .
Additional hours will be available during peak trade and to cover leave.
As an integral part of our Australian-owned retail business, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting the unique French-inspired products that define our brand.
Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective merchandising and product knowledge.
Provide leadership and support to the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Uphold the company's mission of creating joie de vivre through fashion, community, and lifestyle.
Manage inventory, including ordering and stock replenishment, to maintain optimal product availability.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements: Proven experience in retail, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle-oriented setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Passion for French-inspired fashion, accessories, and homewares.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position with a commitment of 23 hours per week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
