The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing media schedules, developing advertising creative, and managing all creative projects with the agency for Beauty and the Beast the Musical in Australia. This includes the development and execution of events, marketing activities and promotions with partner affiliates and the wider Disney Australia team. This person will become an expert on The Beauty and the Beast brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and assets. Our ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience in media buying within the Live Entertainment space. You have experience in delivering creative integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring that The Beauty and the Beast brand and our partners brand is top priority. Working in a hectic environment with competing deadlines gives you energy through the day and you are a stickler for ensuring your day is organized, the detail is impeccable, and your key stakeholders are up to date. This role is initially a 12-month contract and does involve travel with varying intensity. Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Manage on time execution of all creative projects (including graphic design, copywriting, video creative, photography and any other creative or content required)Work closely with the Director, Marketing and Sales and creative team to develop creative concepts and brief the agency on creative requirements and media plans.Work with the Director, Marketing and Sales on planning and execution of traditional, social, and digital promotional and advertising campaigns to drive awareness and ticket sales.Act as the key lead in sourcing and monitoring all global marketing assets including video, digital, outdoor, and print assets particularly London, New York, and the UK and US tours. Consolidate marketing best practices from around the world and keep the team updated on any new artwork available and artwork changes made. Manage the relationships and contractual fulfilments of all Beauty and the Beast partners, including venue and ticketing partners and publicity agencies Manage partner events including hospitality, cast performances, meet and greets, and workshops. Oversee all marketing related cast and crew requirements.Work with Director, Marketing and Sales to facilitate publicity opportunities - photoshoots, video shoots, backstage tours, and other opportunities To be successful in this role, you will hold: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Minimum 4-5 years relevant marketing/ account executive experienceMedia buying experience – preferably across a wide range of channels including traditional broadcast media, programmatic networks, cost per click media, and new forms of media (including socials) Marketing, Creative, and Print Production Knowledge accompanied by good copywriting skills Industry background advantageous and/or interest in the live theatre industryEnthusiasm for working in a small, dynamic team Additional Information:This is unique opportunity to join the talented team that develops and delivers unparalleled entertainment across Australia and New Zealand so if this role captures your imagination then apply now!
