About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team at DuluxGroup, covering the North Queensland region from Townsville to Weipa and out to Mount Isa. This role combines maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships with pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Write specifications and conduct client visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities and work to grow the existing business in the region.
* Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve the product mix.
* Address and maintain accurate documentation of customer non-compliance to specifications.
* Gather and distribute market intelligence to support business and customer needs by monitoring competitor performance and capturing relevant market information that impacts business and store performance.
