Why Your Role Matters:Elevating HR Excellence: Driving People-Centric Innovation. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and guiding the HR team in delivering a range of HR services, providing strategic input to senior leadership, contributing to the strategic direction of QGCDG by ensuring fair HR practices, managing complex investigations and reviews, and presenting high-quality reports on various people management issues.
Who You Are:The role requires demonstrated experience in leading HR teams to deliver diverse services amidst conflicting priorities, successful implementation of HR changes aligned with strategic goals, and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders. It also demands comprehensive knowledge of HR legislation and policies, along with strong interpersonal, consultative, and negotiating skills to engage effectively with staff and leaders, and to prepare detailed reports and submissions.
