You will use your strategic marketing, commercial and stakeholder skills to accelerate awareness, engagement and adoption through innovative marketing initiatives as part of a connected enterprise-wide plan.This role will be responsible for building Institutional’s reputation and position, particularly focused on PayTo, as ANZ’s response to the rapidly growing real time payments landscape.Role Type: 12mos Fixed-termRole Location: This role is open to any ANZ locations in Melbourne, or Sydney.Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/weekWhat will your day look like?Your key accountabilities will include:Extend ANZ’s PayTo customer positioning across ANZ channelsDevelop an engaging platform, content strategy, and persona-led materials to create awareness, assist with education and communicate benefitsCreate and promote simple ways for organisational influencers to drive adoption through sharing and educating their colleaguesCreate and promote a wide-reaching PayTo campaign as part of the Institutional Reputation activity that delights all stakeholdersSupport strategic sales with campaigns across ANZ and industry channels and via paid media targeting priority audiencesMeasure and evaluate the contribution of these activities to accelerated buying journeys and commercial outcomes for thorough reporting on performanceBuild once for many, working with marketing colleagues across ANZ and AP+ to uplift campaign consistency and longevityManage budget, partner AP+ engagement, reporting, evaluation and optimisationRole model ANZ’s values and contribute to our positive culture (including risk culture)What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Experience in developing and managing ANZ B2B marketing campaignsInstitutional experience and knowledge of the Australian Institutional landscapePayments marketing or product marketing experienceExperience with campaigns that drive adoption of a new behaviour or broad scale changeStrong track record of strategic marketing commerciality through to execution and reporting for commercial gainProven track record of planning, executing and optimising complex marketing campaigns.Proven stakeholder engagement skills and comfortable to engage multiple audiencesYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
